As with Myles and Tim, Martin has had an interest in things mechanical since he was a small boy and has been a keen follower of motorsport and motorcycle racing ever since. Martin served his apprenticeship with Olds Peugeot in Dorchester before moving to specialise in sports and performance cars, working initially in the Pimperne location of Emblem and then moving to Meridien Modena and ultimately Westover Sports Cars over a period of 9 years.
Martin has race team experience as a member of the TVR Tuscan racing team, travelling to various UK and overseas circuits. He gained experience working on Ferraris from 308 to 360 in addition to TVR, Lotus, Morgan and Alfa Romeo and has attended factory courses for Ferrari in Italy.
