Granturismo Servicing
The first Maserati range to have a two year service interval and mileage services every 12,500 miles. This applies to both the 4.2 and 4.7 litre engines bringing service intervals in line with competing manufacturers. The GT range is the first Maserati to use Shell lubricants in all components, moving it in line with Ferrari models
Quattroporte V Servicing
The fifth version of the successful four door with a 4.2 and 4.7 engine available. Post 2007 cars are supplied with only the ZF auto transmission. There are four different types of annual service with different fluids and filter changed at each.Mileage service intervals are every 12,500 miles after the first 6,250 mile interval. Although there is no timing belt, auxiliary belts must be replaced every three years.
4200 / Gransport Servicing
As with the Quattroporte, there are four different types of annual service with different fluids, filters and belts changed at each. Mileage service intervals are every 12,500 miles after the first 6,250 mile interval.

Although there is no timing belt, auxiliary belts must be replaced every three years. Hydraulic tappets are used in the engine so valve clearances do not have to be checked thus reducing servicing times on these models.
3200 Servicing
Mileage service intervals are 6,250 miles for the first service and then 12,500 thereafter but the car should be serviced yearly.

Valve clearances in the engine must be checked and adjusted every 12,500 miles and timing and auxiliary belts replaced every 31,250 miles or every three years.

The biggest service for this model is at 68,500 miles when the camshaft timing chains are replaced and cam timing is adjusted resulting in a twenty hour service. Buyers beware of cars around this mileage!
Quattroporte IV Servicing
Maserati QP IV servicing is required every 6,000 miles with these models. Valve clearances must be checked and adjusted every 12,000 miles and timing belts replaced every 24,000 miles.

The 48,000 mile service will include the replacement of the camshaft timing chains.

Fluids and oils should be changed on an annual basis if mileage intervals are not reached.
Ghibli Servicing
Maserati Ghibli and 4v Bi-Turbo servicing is required every 6,000 miles with these models. Valve clearances must be checked and adjusted every 12,000 miles and timing belts replaced every 24,000 miles.

The 48,000 mile service will include the replacement of the camshaft timing chains.

Fluids and oils should be changed on an annual basis if mileage intervals are not reached.
