From M27 direction heading for Southampton and Bournemouth, at Ashley Heath roundabout bear left to Bournemouth on A338 (Wessex Way). Continue to Liverpool Victoria roundabout (third roundabout you come to). Take 4th exit heading up the Poole Road (A35). On left hand side is Tesco. Rev twice here as this was the original hallowed site of the very first Maranello Concessionaires set up by Col. Ronnie Hoare.

At the second roundabout turn right onto A3040 to Wallisdown onto Alder Road with Homebase on the right hand side. Continue straight through two sets of traffic lights and watch out for the third set at the bottom of the hill with MacDonalds on the right hand side. Turn right here into Sharp Road and then first right into Cortry Close. Bear left and unit 10 is on the right hand side.

From Blandford direction follow the A350 to Poole. Join the A35 towards Poole and take the first exit at the first roundabout towards Bournemouth. At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted A3049 and follow the dual carriageway to the next roundabout. Take the second exit. Continue up the hill and take the third exit at the next roundabout with the BP garage following signs for Bournemouth onto Wallisdown Road. At the mini roundabout take the third exit onto Alder Road. Go straight across the Sainsbury’s roundabout up over the hill and down the other side. Turn left into Sharp Road at the MacDonalds restaurant , right into Cortry Close bearing left and unit 10 will be found on the right hand side.
